Longton Build Review Prize Draw
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Longton Auto Body Centre (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Entrants must be the owner or authorised keeper of a Volkswagen Transporter.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible.
3. How to Enter
Entry is made by submitting a completed Long-Term Build Enquiry form via the official Longton page hosted on the Dubsta website.
Only one entry per vehicle is permitted.
No purchase is required to enter.
Entries that are incomplete, misleading, or do not relate to a Volkswagen Transporter may be excluded.
4. Eligibility Assessment
This prize draw is intended for owners genuinely considering paint, wheel or bodywork within the next 6–12 months.
All submissions are subject to an initial eligibility and suitability check before being included in the prize draw.
The suitability check is limited to confirming:
the vehicle type
the relevance of the requested work
that the enquiry falls within Longton’s normal scope of services
Entries failing this assessment will not be included in the draw.
5. Prizes
1st Prize: Full 2-stage paint enhancement with 12-month ceramic coating (approximate retail value £480)
2nd Prize: Alloy wheel refurbishment in any colour, including colour change (approximate retail value £360)
3rd Prize: £150 discount against any bodywork carried out by Longton
Prizes:
have no cash alternative
are non-transferable
must be redeemed directly with Longton
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible and suitable entries received during the promotional period.
The Promoter’s decision is final.
7. Prize Suitability & Redemption
All prizes remain subject to a final technical assessment of the vehicle prior to work commencing.
Longton reserves the right to decline to carry out work if the vehicle or requested work is unsafe, unsuitable, or outside Longton’s normal operating scope.
Where a prize cannot be reasonably fulfilled, no alternative prize or cash equivalent will be offered.
Prizes must be redeemed within 6 months of winner notification unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the details provided on the enquiry form.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
9. Publicity
Winners may be invited to participate in reasonable promotional activity (such as photographs of the vehicle or completed work).
Participation in publicity is optional and subject to the winner’s consent.
10. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
Data will be used solely to administer the prize draw and respond to enquiries unless explicit consent is given for further marketing.
11. Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues, system failures, or user error.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded under UK law.
Statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
12. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw where reasonably necessary.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
